The aircraft, identified as a Learjet 55, was operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance. It had just departed from Northeast Philadelphia Airport en route to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri, with a final destination of Tijuana International Airport, Mexico.

- A young girl from Mexico receiving medical treatment in the U.S.
- Her mother
- A pilot and copilot
- Two medical professionals
Sources confirm the child was receiving lifesaving treatment at Shriners Hospital and was on her way home.

The crash occurred around 6:30 PM (ET), sending shockwaves through the densely populated area. Witnesses described hearing a loud explosion and seeing flames engulf homes and vehicles.
“I watched the aircraft come down. Moments after takeoff, it just rapidly descended and exploded,” said one witness.
Security cameras in the neighborhood captured the jetโs final moments, showing it plummeting into a busy intersection near a shopping center. Several homes and cars were damaged by flying debris.
